This particular size of lantern simply isn't available in New Zealand. After months of searching possible sources, I finally found the Paper Lantern website and placed an order. I absolutely love these paper lanterns! The 20" size is just perfect for me and lights up my whole room when I use a 60w bulb. I live in an apartment which, of course came with no light fixtures on the ceiling. I just hang one of these puppies in the corner of the room and I instantly have a light fixture. The price is perfect and I have never had a problem with the shape of the lantern being off. A+ in my book!

Beautiful lantern that adds graceful architectural interest to any room. Not only was this super easy to install, and easy to adjust, it was a wonderful, more affordable alternative to boring, traditional or just plain ugly lamps out there. Once the light is turn on, what ambiance! I chose the irregular ribbed lantern as the texture was very pleasing to the eye. Also great for families with little kids (nothing to tip over)

I am using this lantern without an internal light and I enjoy the serenity of the crinkly white orb hanging above me. These lanterns have brightened up my little office and nearly everyone who walks in quietly looks up at my ceiling for a moment and pauses. We could all use some happy pauses in our busy lives.

These beautiful lanterns suspended throughout the tent made our reception a magical night!!!! We used two sizes of lanterns and used the battery powered led lights for illumination. We strung heavy duty fishing line from tent pole to tent pole and then hung the lights from the line. The lights were turned on at 5 PM and were still burning at 11 AM the next morning. Everything arrived in just a few days. Later in the summer used them again on our porch at home and hung them using small clear Command Strips. A lot of bang for the buck!!!!! I plan to order again for my next party.
