Round paper lanterns are PLS's largest collection — the classic hanging shape, in 12+ colors and sizes from 4 inches up to a 30-inch jumbo. Most of what people picture when they say "paper lantern" is in here.
Construction is bamboo reeds covered with rice paper, in three ribbing patterns: even ribbing (vertical, the most common look), crisscross ribbing (X-weave, more decorative), and parallel ribbing. Sizes run 4" through 30", in white, red, yellow, and 10 more colors. For larger setups we stock 10-pack BULK PACK sets in 12-inch through 20-inch white. The 30-inch jumbo ships as a 2-pack.
This is the traditional Chinese paper lantern shape — in feng shui, paper lanterns are believed to bring good chi, and red and gold rounds are long-standing good-luck symbols at weddings, restaurants, and Lunar New Year celebrations. They pair well with red or gold cord-and-bulb LED inserts.
For a 10×10 reception or ceremony, plan 12-16 lanterns at 18-inch spacing. A common pattern is two 20-inch anchors with four to six 12-inch fills for visual depth.
