The paper lanterns were great quality, but what was the true standout was the customer service. I made a mistake in shipping dates when ordering and the responsiveness was above and beyond to help me get the lanterns in time. When the order was being fulfilled it was brought to my attention that some of the lanterns were not available or out of stock and I received a phone call immediately notifying me and we were able to redo the entire order and get exactly what I needed by the date I needed.
I was fortunate enough to have visited Shanghai in 2009. I fell in love with Chinese lanterns. A Chinese New Years Party has happened ever since. Each year I've added more lanterns and now they are hung throughout the house and on the backyard pergola and arbor around the pool. The effect is enchanting lit at night. Thank You Paper Lanterns.
