Good Product
This is a good product, I was expecting the light sockets to be a little further apart, but my husband was able to fix that.

So perfect.
I've always wanted to hang mason jars in my kitchen but never considered myself one to handle electronic projects. I made up my mind to do it and The Paper Lantern Store. I was so happy and well above and beyond expectations. I have ordered another set for the next project and I'm planning even more and my first stop will be paperlanternstore.com!!!

Works perfectly! :)
We used this multi-socket cord in my son's room to add more light. It works perfectly and is a great length. We hung it from the ceiling and hung 3 10" nylon lanterns from it. My son loves having "ball"s on his ceiling. :)
ProsThe length is great. The light switch is in a great location.
ConsThey were out of white so we got black which stands out against the white ceiling.

Great buy
The shipping was very fast. And the product is good quality and came with the hardware to hang the lights. I didn't like the spacing of each socket and had to manipulate the when hanging. A description of spacing or pic would have been helpful in advance.

loose connection
When the cord kit arrived, a wire was loose and needed to be screwed back into the connector. I had some difficulty hanging the laterns the way I wanted. The position of the sockets on the cord is somewhat limiting and I may have been better off ordering three single socket cord kits and plugging them in to a power strip.

Great for lanterns and DIY pendent projects!
This is the second of this item that I have purchased for DIY pendant lamp projects. The cord kit works very well, and if you are making a pendant that requires you to disassemble and reassemble the socket (like the wine bottle pendants I made last time), it is fairly easy to do with this (but be careful! I'm not an electrician, but I have cousins who are and I can consult them to make sure it is still safe).

Fast shipping
Item was delivered on the estimated date (regular shipping took only four days from when I ordered - and I live on the East Coast). The only quibble I had about it was that I could not extend the cord to drop at the length I desired without doubling the cord because of the white power clip the cords go into which can't be moved (so I had to get a cord sleeve for each light to hide the doubling up of the cord). But the item was as described and payment/shipping was fast. Thanks!

I am planning on using this for a project to make a light fixture. How easy it is to remove the bulb sockets (leaving just wire) and reattach them?
1 Answer
Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, you are unable to remove them as they are snapped into place on the cord and you aren't able to remove them. Please do not hesitate to call or email should you have any other questions or concerns.

Will this cord work with B10 lightbulbs? Can 2 cords be chained together?

Hello Andrew, These sockets take regular Type A light bulbs. The B10 light bulbs would not fit in these sockets. This cord cannot be chained together. Thanks, Customer Service

Saw this on page 25 of Southern Living magazine Sept.2012. Can this be used and KEPT outdoors using the specified empty glass pickle jars?? (provided, of course, hail doesn't break the glass)
1 Answer
Hello Peggy, The items used in the Southern Living edition to make the Okra Jar lighting is: http://www.paperlanternstore.com/corkitforpap.html or http://www.paperlanternstore.com/15blackcordkit.html Both items are the same, just one is longer in length than the other. This item can be used in dry outdoor, the socket is not waterproof, so if it rains or snows, it might cause the socket to not work. Thanks, Customer Service
