The lantern itself is fine-i do have to admit I was surprised at the live chat w/ customer svc. I was trying to find out if Paper Lantern Store offered a lighter shade of blue that would coordinate w/ what i had purchased. I thought we were doing ok, but the rep had me hold on while she looked and never came back. Not sure what happened. I thought she was looking into the matter, but I still have no idea. Wish there would have been closure so I knew what was going on. I waited several minutes and it became obvious there wasn't going to be any reply ( I had started asking more ? to assess whether I truly was on hold or what). But, to play advocate, I haven't tried to follow up either. Hopefully this isn't a reflection of Paper Lantern Store's customer service and I what happened was a fluke. As far as the followng question whether I would recommend the item to a friend-yes because the lantern is nice, the color pretty. I'd ty customer service chat one more time and then change my response based on that.
