Domestic Shipping Policy
Domestic orders are PROCESSED within 1-2 business days (Please see below for processing times). All US orders are shipped via Fedex or USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 3-7 business days for products to arrive depending on the destination.
Fedex Ground orders are usually PROCESSED within 1-2 business days. Free Fedex Ground shipping for orders over $100.00, enter coupon code "fship" in the coupon box at checkout. Coupon only applies to the continental 48 states (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and International orders.) Coupon only valid to online placed orders. No P.O. are allowed for Fedex Ground. Please see below for delivery time on Fedex Ground.
Fedex Standard Overnight, Fedex 2 Day, and Fedex 3 Day Express orders are processed the same business day if orders are submitted before 11:30 A.M. PST.
Fedex Priority Overnight - Fedex Priority Overnight, Fedex Overnight Saturday delivery, and 2nd Day Air Saturday delivery is available if you wish to use this shipping option, please call us and we will let you know if this option is available.
USPS/United States Postal Service - orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days and will be used for all orders shipping to APO, FPO, PO Box, Hawaii, Alaska, PR, and Guam. APO and FPO postage stated at checkout may defer from actual shipping cost. Please note that this is NOT a guaranteed service.
**Once your order has been SHIPPED, no modification to the order is allowed. This includes coupons, shipping options and or adding to the same order.
**Any address changes to US based addresses on UPS, OnTrac, or FedEx, will imply a $11 service charge.
International Shipping (Duties Not Included)
All Int’l shipping will go by Fedex or United States Postal Service Air Mail. All Pricing are in USD currency. International orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. International shipping times range from 3 -14 business days depending on the type of service you choose. (Please allow extra time for foreign delivery due to customs and other factors.) International shipping charges are often significantly more expensive than domestic charges. Duty charges are NOT included in shipping charges, and will vary depending on country, sometimes orders to specific countries must be shipped in separate boxes due to size limitations, please check with your local customs department. Place an order for the products you want over our secure server, and shipping charges to these countries will automatically be calculated in your order.
** Paperlanternstore.com has the right to select the best shipping carrier based on your personal delivery requirements (need-by date, value, best overall option, etc).
Canada (Fedex International Ground - Brokerage and Duties Not Included)
Canada orders will ship via Fedex or USPS International Mail. International shipping charges are often significantly more expensive than domestic charges. Duties (GST and PST) are the responsibility of the customer. Duties are NOT included in shipping charges at check out. Duties for Canada orders are usually 5%-20% of actual order amount. Fedex International Ground Orders do not include brokerage and duties cost.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in its unopened, original condition (including all original packaging). Products may be returned at the customer’s expense within 90 days from the date your package is delivered. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and excludes shipping charges (if any) and/or additional rush handling fees.
Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will apply to any item(s) with broken or ripped barcode seal and any unauthorized, unclaimed, refused, and/or return to sender packages.
Non Returnable Items:
- All items in Blowout section and/or with "BLOWOUT" are FINAL SALES cannot be returned.
- Any items with plastic pull tab are not returnable once tab is pulled and/or missing.
- Any LED items with broken/ripped barcode seals will not be returnable.
- Any item that has been used, altered, or damaged will not be refunded.
Your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for processing the return.

Exchanges
If you need a different color, size or style, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. This is because the desired item maybe out of stock by the time we receive your return and to ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). All appropriate policies apply to all returned items.
Refunds
A refund will be issued, excluding shipping charges (if any) and/or additional rush handling fees, within 3 business days of receiving your returned order. Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for the original order. If the order was paid by check, a refund check will be issued and mailed out to your address within 3 business days.
(Some banks may process refund sooner than others, please contact us and your bank if you have not received your credit within 7 business days)
**If there are any problems with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your order. Delay of notifying us within the 5 business days, will result in non returnable orders.
