Due to the popularity of custom imprinted lanterns, we have created this section to accommodate our clients by answering all their questions regarding custom orders. We can create custom paper lanterns, string lights, battery lanterns and unique shaped lanterns. Lead time for custom orders is usually 2-3 months from the date the sample is approved. 

Steps to place custom orders:

1) Please Email us with your inquiry. Please include the following in the email:

- Lantern color
- Lantern shape
- Lantern size
- Any logos, images, artwork, or text
- Applicable Contact Information

- Lantern Quantity (Note: Please see below for our MOQ for even ribbing and Irregular ribbing round paper lanterns)

2) You will receive a reply from Paper Lantern Store within 3-7 business days on the following:

Order Acceptance - All custom orders must be approved by our manufacturer before production can start. Generally, most lanterns can be imprinted on or created. If we cannot produce a custom product, we will let you know beforehand. 

Lead Time - Generally the production time is between 2-3 months, once the order is approved and finalized (based on ocean freight). 

Cost - Cost per unit.

3) Upon approval, Paper Lantern Store will supply the customer with a "proof" (digital image of the custom product within 7-14 business days.)

4) Upon approval of "digital proof" and lead times, a deposit of 50% is due before production begins via check, money order, or credit card. Production will begin immediately after the deposit is received.
(please note: Once we start production, there is absolutely no refunds or exchanges!)

5) Payment of the remaining 50% is due upon delivery of items to your warehouse location.

***Please note, in special circumstances custom orders can be created for express delivery. (less the normal lead times) This usually requires higher costs, such as AirFreight charges, expedited processing. Please do not hestitate to email us regarding any custom orders, we will work with our clients to the best of our abilities regarding cost, lead times, availability.***
