Even through purple paper they were able to provide an adequate amount of light and looked really great. My only issue was the battery cover which we had a time trying to remove. I didn't have a screwdriver small enough so we ended up using the one included in a glasses repair kit and that worked really well.I would recommend this item to a friend.Great Product![]() By Connie Austin from White House, TN on June 6, 2012 I received the 16 LED Hangining Terminals for my outside Lanterns and can't wait to use them for a wedding in a few days. The other light I bought used AAA batteries and sucked. This one is great! Nice and bright! Lit up the 16" lantern well.I would recommend this item to a friend.good lights![]() By Joe from Los Angeles, CA on April 2, 2012 these worked great. I put them in 3 different sized lanterns and operated them for about 5 hours with no loss of light. Easy to hang and operate. My only gripe would be that you have to use a screwdriver to remove the battery cover. Seems a hassle depending on how often you use them. I haven't tested fully, but if the batteries only last 8ish hours, that could be a lot of batteries to replace.Pros:brighteasy to use Cons:sucks batteriesbatteries difficult to change I would recommend this item to a friend.convenient![]() By Paula from Georgia on March 7, 2012 This little lights are pricey when compared to the price of the lanterns but they are convenient because you do not have to deal with cords and electric outlets. I purchased 14 of these little lights, I turned them at 6 pm and they gave a beautiful glow inside the white lanterns. By 10 pm all my lights were still going strong except for one which was flicking on and off. Pros:Lovely white glow, no cords or electricity neededCons:The price per unit is a bit too highI would recommend this item to a friend.Great product![]() By Kristi from Manhattan, KS on February 20, 2012 Did a test run to see if it would last for at least 8 hours like it stated.
